Five steps. One visit. No surprises.
Every repair follows the same sequence: read the fault, test the component, confirm the root cause, verify the part is on the vehicle, then quote a fixed price. Nothing moves forward until we know what we're fixing.

Fault code reading
We connect calibrated diagnostic equipment to the appliance and pull every fault code before touching a component. The data tells us what failed—not what we guess failed.
Component-level testing
Each suspect component is tested in isolation—resistance, continuity, voltage draw. We document results so the root cause is confirmed, not assumed.
Root-cause confirmation
A fault code points; testing confirms. We cross-reference the manufacturer's service bulletin before declaring the cause—because misdiagnosis wastes your time and ours.
Parts check on the vehicle
We verify the correct genuine part is stocked in the service vehicle before quoting. If it is, the repair begins the same visit. If not, we tell you now—not after we've started.
Fixed price, then repair
Only after steps one through four do we name a price. That number doesn't change mid-repair. You approve it, we complete the work—fully, in one visit.

Stocked vehicle. Calibrated gear.
Our service vehicles carry a curated stock of genuine OEM parts for the appliance categories we repair. Nothing aftermarket, no substitutions—because the wrong part creates the next fault.
Diagnostic meters are calibrated on a set schedule. A reading from an out-of-tolerance instrument is worse than no reading—it produces confident wrong answers. We don't accept that.
The result: the repair starts on arrival, finishes the same day, and the parts used are exactly what the manufacturer specifies.
